Who Can Benefit From Health Coaching?

Any human who is seeking a shift and change in their lifestyle. Whether you get diagnosed with an autoimmune disease and you need to reframe the way you approach nutrition, want to change a long-time habit that doesn't serve you anymore or need assistance getting better sleep, health coaching could be for you! A part of the practice health coaching process is to explore the reason behind the "thing." Tapping into your intuition and understanding that YOU have the power to make the change. I will  be your guide on the side every step of the way.

What Will Sessions Look Like?

In our initial session, we will establish a wellness vision. This will be the "Big Picture" outline of what you envision for yourself. Each session will begin with a grounding exercise to allow us to drop in and be present. We will review any topics from the previous session and reflect on any activities that were planned from our prior meeting. You will always be empowered to choose the session topic! There will be a series of thought-provoking questions to dive deeper into the theme of session. Remember, there is not a one size fits all template when it comes to health and wellness. Everybody is different with different needs, goals and communication styles. I hope to create a safe non-judgmental space for you to feel empowered to share so we can make progress toward your vision and goals!

Before we begin our voyage together, it's important to for me to gather some information about your background to assist me in understanding you better. This intake form won't take long to fill out and must be completed before we begin working together.
